About
TRAPY is a Gen Z-focused carpooling app concept. Laketown developed a lively brand identity and mascot direction to give the product a recognizable personality and make shared mobility feel more approachable. Project imagery shown is template placeholder artwork pending replacement.
01 / The problem
Carpooling asks people to trust a shared journey and coordinate with others. For a younger audience, the service also needs to feel social and approachable at first glance, without hiding the practical information people need to make a trip. The identity brings the brand name and visual language together into a system designed to remain recognisable across digital applications.

02 / The process
We brought brand strategy, visual identity and mascot design into one direction. The character gives the service a memorable personality, while the wider system keeps communication clear enough to work across the product and launch touchpoints. The mascot exploration focused on simplifying the character and making the central visual mark more distinctive and consistent. The final direction connects the mascot with the broader identity, giving Trapy a visual asset that can extend across future brand touchpoints.

03 / The solution
TRAPY gets a recognizable brand world for shared mobility: friendly enough to invite participation and structured enough to support a useful service. The mascot and identity give the concept a consistent face across digital experiences.
